Frequently Asked Questions
A: As many Apple device users might have noticed, downloading videos can be tricky on iOS - but not impossible!
There are two ways to do this:
1: USE A DESKTOP COMPUTER
Access your download link by email on your Mac and Airdrop the video onto your iOS device. It will show up in your camera roll and is ready to post on any social media platform.
2: USE A THIRD PARTY FILE MANAGER APP ON YOUR iOS DEVICE
Use a third-party file manager app to download the video using the download link. We recommend the app Fileget - available in the App Store.
Step 1: Open up your video delivery email and tap the View Video button, which will open the video in your browser.
Step 2: Copy the video link in the browser.
Step 3: Open up Fileget (or your preferred file manager app)
Step 4: Copy your video link into the app and then select Download.
That’s it! Your video will now appear in your camera roll ready to post on any social media platform!
